From steel strip to heat exchanger

Our product range extends from steel strip in many grades and sizes for stamped and pressed parts, such as safety belt latches, to coated tubing for conveying liquids and gases safely from point A to B.

Our precision steel tubes are used in many automotive applications, as well as in other industries such as mechanical and plant engineering. For these applications, we develop and produce products such as coated tubes of fine-grained micro-alloyed steels with outside diameters up to 30 mm. Depending on requirements, these can be galvanized outside as well as inside, yellow or olive chromatized, chrome-VI-free passivized, or Zistaplex^®-coated.

We also offer uncoated tubes according to EN 10305-3 and Spezial07^®, with very small outside diameter tolerances (product range from 4 mm to 90 mm) and very good bending and deformation abilities. Thanks to their excellent surface characteristics, they are also well suited for further surface treatments like enameling.

Outstanding bending properties are also the secret to the success of our precision steel tubes for special applications, such as galvanized or ungalvanized heating tubes as well as welded or welded drawn press fittings and tubes for absorber and compressor refrigerators. Tubes for heat exchangers are used, for example, in industrial applications, boilers or hot water storage tanks.
