For the second time, the Global Automotive Powertrain Innovation Summit took place in Shanghai, China. Especially in the focus: the strategies of the automobile manufacturers to achieve the emission standard "China VI". This will come into force from July 2020. For example, BENTELER already supplies particulate filters and injection pipes to various automobile manufacturers who comply with the strict regulations.

BENTELER was awarded with the "Excellent Automotive Engine & Exhaust Systems Innovation Award" for these developments in the field of combustion engines. Fabian Fricke, Technical Director of the Business Unit Engine & Exhaust Systems, Division Automotive, accepted the award.
