BENTELER Maschinenbau will be showcasing more than just machines at glasstec 2026

Bielefeld (Germany), October 20, 2026. At glasstec 2026, the world's leading trade fair for the glass industry in Düsseldorf (Germany), BENTELER Maschinenbau will present innovative solutions for modern glass processing on almost 400 square meters. In addition to the exhibition of a fully automated CNC processing line and a BENTELER washing machine, visitors will also have virtual access to comprehensive plant concepts and production solutions for architectural glass, automotive glass and technical glass.

Under the motto "More than Machines", BENTELER will show how complete manufacturing concepts can be experienced regardless of the physical boundaries of a trade fair stand. Visitors can use augmented reality to immerse themselves in complete production lines and get a comprehensive picture of the possibilities of modern glass processing.

Complete solutions instead of individual considerations

The presentation at glasstec 2026 will enable visitors to discover solutions that cannot be presented on a booth in their actual size and complexity.

Interested visitors can see this for themselves on site: The fully automatic Automotive Glass Processing Line combines excellent quality, flexible solutions and maximum efficiency in glass processing. From loading to cutting and grinding, it enables continuous processing without manual adjustments. This system is fully automatic from a quantity of 1 to any selected batch size and is uniformly highly precise. Thanks to an automatic tool changer, tool-free changeovers and fully automated settings, the system processes glass formats from 250 x 400 mm to 1,500 x 2,500 mm. The multifunctional machining centre for external and internal grinding as well as milling can be expanded to include waterjet cutting for inner contours if required. Integrated production data acquisition also ensures maximum process control and transparency.
