Anniversary celebrations: BENTELER honors long-serving employees in Paderborn

Paderborn, April 9, 2026. In its 150th anniversary year, the BENTELER Group honored around 150 employees at its Paderborn locations for their 25 and 40 years of service. Their long-standing dedication was recognized at two festive events – a strong symbol of continuity, experience, and a pioneering spirit in action.

The celebrations kicked off in early March with a ceremony for over 100 employees from the BENTELER Steel/Tube division and BENTELER Business Services. This was followed in mid-March by another event honoring nearly 50 employees from the BENTELER Automotive Components and BENTELER Automotive Modules divisions.

Experience as a key to success

Both events focused on the special significance of long-serving employees for the company’s successful development.
