As the first module plant in China, the Fuzhou plant has been providing services to Fujian Benz since 2008. The BOS Compass was introduced in 2019 and serves as a roadmap for the continuous improvement of plant processes. The Fuzhou plant achieved outstanding results in the areas of safety, quality, supply chain management and efficiency. Particularly noteworthy are 5000 accident-free days, 1500 days without customer complaints and a consistently high production output with an overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of over 98%. Innovative processes, motivated employees and strategic growth have secured the plant a leading position in the automotive supply industry.
