A special anniversary: Our Changchun plant celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2025. As the first BENTELER joint venture in northeastern China, it has not only accompanied the rapid development of the Chinese automotive industry since it was founded in 2005, but has also actively helped shape it.

On Saturday, July 5, 2025, the BENTELER plant in Dinslaken was all about family: the company hosted a large family day at the site to celebrate 50 years of being part of the BENTELER Group together with around 1,000 guests.

The BENTELER Group has secured its financing for the coming years: The company has placed a EUR 600 million secured bond with institutional investors. The offering was significantly oversubscribed and will mature in 2031.

With an official groundbreaking ceremony yesterday, the BENTELER Group launched construction of its new automotive plant in Kenitra, Morocco.

The latest example is a strategic partnership with the renowned Tongji University in Shanghai.
