The requirements for engine and exhaust systems in modern vehicles demand excellent solutions. Our technical solutions range from battery cooling plates and double-walled exhaust manifolds to exhaust gas recirculation systems.

We demonstrate the possibilities for adapting battery carriers to changing conditions. We have been manufacturing battery trays since 2014.

Together with our customers, we develop innovative tube solutions for the automotive industry that are tailored to the requirements of the end product. These include safety-related components such as sleeves for airbag generators, structural parts such as axle solutions, tubes for drive train shafts, tubes for battery reinforcements, and crash-related automotive components. Specific steel grades guarantee maximum strength, low weight, and value optimization along the value chain.

We provide our customers with highly specific solutions for this extremely broad range of applications with their diverse special requirements: whether line or cylinder tubes for hydraulic applications in mechanical engineering and in agricultural or construction machinery, tubes for construction applications, e.g., in infrastructure and crane construction, or solutions for heating and building services engineering. Our seamless and welded quality steel tubes offer ideal properties for optimal further processing. And our free-cutting steel tubes, BENTELER Smartcut®, are specially tailored to the requirements of machining.

We develop pipe products in specially adapted steel grades to meet the particularly high demands of the energy industry. Seamless pipe products for oil and gas production, such as casing, tubing, or line pipe, often have to withstand acidic and corrosive environments and be particularly dimensionally stable. For modern energy production or the chemical and petrochemical industries, we manufacture boiler tubes or heat exchanger tubes that are particularly pressure and temperature resistant. And our BENTELER HYRESIST® line pipes have been specially developed for hydrogen applications.
