A Strategic Partnership for the Future

Paderborn / Abu Dhabi, November 3, 2026. At the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC), the BENTELER Steel/Tube division signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MARJAN Industrial Development LLC – the oil and gas division of the ALFAHIM Group, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE). MARJAN Industrial Development LLC is an established provider of engineering, technology, and service solutions for the UAE’s energy industry.
The collaboration aims to jointly develop opportunities for marketing OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) products, enabling the companies to better meet the requirements of the regional oil and gas sector.
This agreement underscores the shared commitment of both companies to:
- local value creation and industrial development
- technological excellence and the highest quality standards
- long-term support for the energy sector in the UAE and the wider region
- sustainable and resilient supply chains
By combining BENTELER Steel/Tube’s global expertise in materials and manufacturing with the strong market position and industry knowledge of MARJAN Industrial Development LLC, a promising foundation is established for future projects in the energy sector.
Both parties look forward to the next steps in this partnership and to creating added value for customers and the region’s energy industry together.
