Driving Innovation in Electric Mobility from BENTELER ESPAÑA

BENTELER ESPAÑA, S.A. is actively contributing to the Strategic Project for Economic Recovery and Transformation in the Electric and Connected Vehicle sector (PERTE VEC) through two key initiatives that reinforce its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and industrial competitiveness. These projects are part of the overarching initiative titled “Comprehensive transformation of the electric mobility value chain for sustainability and competitiveness in the development and national manufacturing of the Premium electric minivan.”

Advanced Production Lines for Adaptive Suspension Systems

Project PP17 focuses on the design and development of two new production lines for an innovative adaptive suspension system tailored to electric vehicles, covering both the rear axle (RS) and the front axle (FS). These lines integrate cutting-edge technologies and offer high flexibility to accommodate various product variants, enabling more efficient and customized manufacturing. This initiative strengthens BENTELER ESPAÑA’s industrial capabilities in the electric mobility sector, aligning with the broader goals of sustainability and digital transformation.

Specialized Training in Quality Inspection Systems

Complementing the technological advancements, Project PP28 addresses training in quality inspection systems—an essential component for ensuring excellence in manufacturing processes. This training equips BENTELER ESPAÑA’s teams with advanced skills in quality control, ensuring that new developments meet the highest industry standards. Investing in specialized training is a key pillar in driving industrial transformation and fostering internal talent.

European Support for National Industrial Growth

Both projects are funded through the aid program for comprehensive actions in the industrial chain of the electric and connected vehicle, within the framework of PERTE VEC. This initiative is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union and managed by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism. With this support, BENTELER ESPAÑA continues to lead the way toward a more sustainable, efficient, and connected mobility future.
